Stacy Herbert's makes delicious wines from a variety of local flavours. She started winemaking in 2008 after attending a workshop held in her village, Parlatuvier. Her most outstanding flavour is perhaps Dasheen wine, if simply because it's unusual that such a starchy product can be distilled into such a delicate and flavourful beverage. Stacy also makes beatiful tiedyes that are a hit with Store Bay shoppers.
